DLIAFC interim governance Founding Members are tentatively scheduled to hold bylaws ratification and first election at the full membership meeting scheduled for the third week of October, 2004.

Note: All seats may be dual-occupied and voting Directors must be Alumni of a Defense Language Institute (any branch) language education program.
